Bellevue Bathroom Remodel is a Designer’s Masterpiece
When our client decided it was time to update the primary bathroom in her home, she reached out to the designer who had worked with her over the years to ensure cohesiveness with the rest of her home. Her designer engaged us, and we worked together to bring the vision to life. The aesthetic was soft and flowy, emphasizing storage and functionality. The large wall of custom storage cabinets blends seamlessly with the space. Other features of interest are the built-in vanity with drawers and a lighted mirror, washlet toilet seat, mounted television, and a spacious shower with multiple niches. The most significant improvement, outside of the overall attractiveness, was the increase in storage from the previous design.
The quality of design and craftsmanship is visible throughout the space. The project incorporates expert tile installation, seamless transitions, and special features, such as rounded and beveled stone edges and accent trim to frame and highlight sconces and towel bars. Combined with mirrors on two additional walls, the installation of larger windows opens and brightens the space. The recessed medicine cabinet offers even more storage.
The materials were thoughtfully selected to reflect the client’s style and quality, which will stand the test of time. This bathroom is a real showstopper in beauty, function, and, above all, quality.
From the moment you walk into this luxury primary bathroom, you can see the striking effect that the addition of a window has on the space’s overall feel. Other notable changes include installing an entire wall of cabinetry, a sit-down vanity, and a large walk-in shower with floor-to-ceiling tile, bench, and niches.
The two images below illustrate the changes.
Bellevue Guest Bathroom
This tiny, almost non-functional bathroom was a bit of a challenge. We decided to bring out the partition wall to enlarge the overall square footage as well as to remove an adjacent closet to add to the shower space. Our clients were thrilled with this suggestion, and were excited to have a more functional bathroom. We incorporated marble tile around the window frame. We also used chameleon tile heat registers for a very custom look. The glass tile accent strip in the shower and in the niche tie into the vanity backsplash to complete the look. Finally, a unique double rain shower head provides ultimate relaxation.

Justin met with us to go over our project. One of the challenges was enlarging a tiny shower enclosure. Justin was able to sketch up an idea to move the wall out a foot on two sides. The end result is fantastic. Ehren was our onsite construction specialist and all facets of his work were excellent. He was easy to work with and communication was top-notch. We appreciated his approach to involving us in some of the finish ideas; i.e., did we prefer the tile to run this way or this from a visual point of view? Both Ehren and Justin were 100% committed to making sure we were happy with their work. The highest compliment is to use a contractor again which we plan to work with Justin and Ehren on our next project

Glass Tile Bathroom in Bellevue
We worked with Kohler of Bellevue to come up with this stunning bathroom. The subway glass tiles lend a modern, clean, yet timeless feel. The separate walk-in shower with its handheld wand features a frameless glass door.

Complimenting Modern Bathrooms in Bellevue
When I arrived to this clients home to prepare an estimate for their main bathroom, it was clear to me that the bathroom was built in the 1960’s. It was severely dated and needed to be completely renovated. The original tub was made of cast iron, and of excellent quality, which enabled us to re-glaze and conform the tub to the new bathroom layout and design. We worked with this client to select a modern aesthetic design, including fixtures and cabinetry from Kholer of Bellevue, for a bathroom that combines beauty and ultimate functionality.

Bellevue Bathroom Remodel with Steam Shower
This steam shower uses a top of the line Thermasol Steam Generator. The featured options the client chose allow for the steam shower to be turned on by a cell phone. The solid stone bench, over the linear drain, looks sleek in this modern shower.
