Q: Does J&M provide free estimates to potential clients?
A: Absolutely! Not only do we provide comprehensive and convenient free estimates, we have great ideas too! If you are not exactly sure what kind of tile would work best in your bathroom, or whether it is worth spending the extra money on high-end granite in your kitchen, we can help. We are happy to help identify various approaches to meeting your needs, and we will discuss the pros and cons of alternative options for your project with you so that the end result is exactly what you had in mind and is within your budget.
Q: How soon can you get started?
A: At J&M we value our client’s time and schedules. When we provide you with an estimate, we can also provide you with a definite start date. We always confirm with our clients one week before the scheduled start time. Usually we are able to start your project within a few weeks from the estimate date. We are dedicated to providing great service to all of our clients. We will never overbook our schedule and rush through jobs.

Q: My budget if very tight. How can I be sure your estimate is accurate and that there will not be any surprises?
A: We try to be as accurate as possible and believe in keeping the lines of communication open with our client from start to finish. If any unforeseen issues arise during the project, we will come to you immediately and discuss how to remedy the situation staying within your budget.
