Multiroom Remodel Becomes a Stunning Southeast Home
Our clients first contacted us to execute their kitchen remodel design and install new flooring. As the project progressed, the client added to the scope of work, including their primary bathroom, entryway, stairs, trim, and paint throughout. As a result, the renovation project ties all areas of their home together impeccably. When you first walk in, the beautiful curved staircase and a breathtaking chandelier welcome you. The new flooring flows throughout the kitchen, where the stunning remodel features top-of-the-line fixtures and appliances. The sub-zero refrigerator and freezer are fully integrated and consistent and do not distract from the kitchen design. The completed kitchen features ample storage and many new custom cabinets and glass displays. The new island, with a custom corner bench, creates an entirely new dining area, while the transformed old nook became an ample storage and prep area with an integrated dishwasher.
Throughout the entire remodel project, the flooring, paint, and millwork seamlessly contribute to the cohesion of the environment. The theme continues up the grand staircase and into the primary bathroom with the bright and welcoming white, and the show-stopper Crystallo Quartzite is on the new tub deck and vanity. The jeweled light fixtures also continue, reflecting the client’s style. The curbless shower features a linear drain, rain shower, and handheld, all enclosed by floor-to-ceiling glass. Every aspect of this multiroom renovation flows beautifully, with impeccable craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Budgetary considerations are always top-of-mind, but the client was confident that our crew would complete the tasks with the utmost quality. They engaged us for the remaining projects after seeing the kitchen work commence. The challenges included giving special consideration to limiting volatile organic compounds (VOCs) emitted during construction for the safety of their pets, as well as keeping dust and disruption to a minimum. Everything turned out beautifully, and we are excited to work with this client on the remaining tasks they intend to complete at their immaculate rural oasis.
