Everything turned out great; J&M did a great job on our bathroom. Not only the workmanship, but they were very intuitive regarding organization and cleanliness and being sensitive to this old house. I look forward to working with the J&M team in the future.

Our kitchen remodel was our third project with J&M. With a 6-month old in the house, it was important to have access to parts of the kitchen throughout the project and for the project to finish on time. Having worked with Justin and Russ in the past, we knew they would deliver. We’ve definitely found a partner with J&M, and we will continue using them for future projects.

We have had a relationship with J&M for six years. And yes, they deliver high-quality work at a fair price. And yes, their attention to detail and customer service is exceptional. But what puts Justin and his team into a class of their own is that they stand by their work 100%. Justin's willingness to show up, troubleshoot and solve problems long after the initial work was complete gave me absolute trust in him and his work. Thank you, Justin and the wonderful crew for making our master bathroom so beautiful.

J&M remodeled 3 bathrooms for us and far exceeded our expectations. Their work was of the highest quality as was the professionalism of the staff. They were responsive to our requests and provided great advice that resulted in 3 uniquely different bathrooms. Should we decide to undertake further projects, J&M will be our choice.

I have worked with a number of construction companies, both for personal needs and as a Realtor. J & M is by far one of the top companies. They do excellent work, clean up after themselves everyday, and on my project, the final amount was less than the estimate. How often does that happen? Our project was making some changes to our basement to create an ADU.

We redid our master bathroom - tore it down to the studs, knocked down a wall, full tile, glass shower - the works.



Top three things we looked for in a contractor (1) finish on time, (2) communicate regularly and (3) be neat. Having done home renovations (while living in the house) before, these were must haves. J&M nailed all three. They finished their work a week early. They explained the plan for the week at the start of the week and communicated next weeks plan at the end of every week. Finally, they cleaned up after themselves every day.



The only challenge we had was our fault. We used a designer and acquired the materials through their suppliers. We ended up short on tile and had to reorder which took a week. J&M just worked around it. Our major issue was a miscommunication between me and my wife which lead to the counter tops coming in a week late. Totally our issue, no issue with J&M. This leads me to the pointer. If you haven't ordered your materials yet, and J&M can get what you want, order through them and they will sync timeline.



Overall, very happy with J&M. We have already slotted our next project with them in December. And will be using them for a kitchen update sometime next year.

Brandon did a great job on our bathroom remodel. He did several follow ups to ensure there were no loose ends. The remodel took a bit longer than we would have liked but overall, we are very happy with the results.
