We completely transformed this bathroom from its original 1940’s aesthetics to this modern and functional bath, complete with heated tile flooring, hidden power outlets in the medicine cabinets, and floor to ceiling tile. The chameleon heat register is a great finishing touch.

Period Restoration Powder Bath on Capitol Hill
The owners of this breathtaking Victorian Home on Capitol Hill have spent years painstakingly restoring it to its original glory based solely on a picture they obtained from the late 1800’s. They captured period details throughout their home, and when it came time to renovate a small bath off their kitchen, they contacted J & M Remodel to do so. The space needed to be reconfigured to allow for laundry and a pantry, and we began working with the client to come up with the best layout. The bathroom turned out very well, and while this period project stands in stark contrast to our typical work, we could not be happier to have had a part in the restoration of this beautiful home.

My husband keeps reminding me how lucky we were to find J & M Remodel. Work was sensational, price was reasonable and quality was great. We were able to reconfigure a space and capture more usable area for work and storage. Justin had a great suggestion on how to use an area that I thought was not workable to place the washer and dryer.

Rustic Master Spa
This was by far one of our favorite projects. The clients are such wonderful people, and the bathroom turned out amazingly well. They were looking for a gorgeous retreat, and that is exactly what we were able to produce for them. The live edge wood accents were provided by the clients, one of whom is a woodworker. The accent pieces were the perfect finishing touches for this stunning room.

Grand Master Bathroom in West Seattle
J & M Remodel was contacted by this client after their previous contractor completed shoddy work and left the project hanging. Needless to say, after that experience, the clients were apprehensive and cautious in selecting a new contractor. The clients had already selected the design and fixtures, but extensive re-work was necessary to complete the project so that the bathroom will stand the test of time. We agreed on the layout and plan, and were able to complete the project to the client’s satisfaction with a beautifully grand master bathroom and fireplace.

Downtown Seattle Master Bathroom Remodel
We Transformed a dated master bathroom, in a downtown Seattle area condominium, into a modern sanctuary. Complete with a walk-in closet, deep soaking tub with a glass enclosure, and a back-lit glass block toe kick. The final result was truly an urban oasis.
