Luxury Kitchen Renovation in Seattle’s Ravenna Neighborhood
The original kitchen in this 1947 Ravenna home desperately needed updating — aesthetically, as well as for space and functionality. We removed walls to open the kitchen up into the dining and sitting area, and incorporated tons of new cabinetry, including a large island and coffee bar. The colors and design elements were thoughtfully selected by one of Seattle's premier interior designers.
Slim Shaker cabinets, a wrapped beam, and a custom hood with copper trim set this kitchen apart from typical designs. Our renovation didn't stop at the kitchen — the entire sitting and living room received an overhaul with new flooring, paint, trim, lighting, and a statement hearth.
J & M's exquisite craftsmanship is evident throughout, as seen in the tile backsplash that extends to the ceiling with impeccable lines, and the perfectly set fireplace featuring a tile hearth inlaid into the new hardwood floors.
